Engagement Session here with Adam & Rebecca. I’m forgetting where they found me but always glad to work with couples that want to work with me. We really didn’t have a set location to do their session but Rebecca wanted to start her session with Adam where Adam proposed to her, at Haven Restaurant in Edgewater, NJ. So we started there. Sometimes a simple photo can mean a lot. I love how when I start an engagement session with couples, the first few photographs I can feel my couples feel anxious. It’s only natural as most of the times they’ve never been photographed. And then as we progress it’s second nature to them and basically can feel like I’m not even there. Just place them in good light, a little direction and let their personalities come out…. We finished the session up in Hoboken and decided to get some ice cream or an ice cream sandwich they shared to cap the day off…
