Would you be our photographer if we book with you?

Yes, I am your sole photographer. I do not send out any photographers.

What can we

expect after our wedding?

After your wedding, your images will be backed up and securely copied on multiple drives to ensure redundancy. I will start the selection process of all of the photos taken on your day. The best images will be selected. Photos will then be edited. Delivery can depend on the amount of work the Studio has. Most times it can be a month. If it is over a month it is only because of the number of weddings that need to be edited. You can always reach out via email to be informed of the status of your wedding.

Do you provide a timeline for our wedding day?

I provide you with a detailed timeline that will best enable me to have enough time to give you the best experience possible as well my timelines will allow you to enjoy your day.

As well as your input. You will always have the final say in your timeline and approval. My responsibility is to inform you what I can do and can't do if you decide you want to create your timeline. But the ensure the best possible experience it is advisable to

follow a timeline the studio gives you. The more you are enjoying your wedding the more candid and real moments I am able to capture.

Note: If a timeline is not followed the studio is not responsible for photos being missed or not taken due to lack of time because

of lateness or not following the timeline.

Do you offer video services and why should we choose you?

Choosing me is fully subjective but yes, I do offer video. I have a dedicated team for videography that is like family to me. I am a photography studio first but decided to offer video as well so I have more control over the creative process as well as directing shots for

you when my team is set to record content for you. Besides the fact that I would do the work to create shots, move furniture, place a subject that is in flattering light or position, and would have other studios document the exact shot or angle I did after all the work I

did to set up the shot.

I respect every studio naturally but I decided, why not create my own video team?

One of the benefits of having photography and videography from one studio is, there is cohesion already between the two teams, and the styles match. They know exactly how I work and are never in my way of photographing you which happens a lot with two

different teams if there is no communication prior to the wedding. My video team as well captures the same content as I photograph you.

Are you ok with working with other video companies?

Absolutely. I get along with all vendors and it is all about communication. Having communication during the course of the year is important so two vendors can familiarize themselves with expectations. This is your day and there should not be any egos to get the job done. If I need to help other vendors on your day to make your day smoothly I will do so easily as I have always done in the past.

How many photos will we receive?

You will receive 600- 900 images. This has mostly not been the case as most have received a lot more but every wedding is different. Anything can happen on a wedding day that is

out of my control whether it is lateness by the wedding party, something happening at a venue, transportation of the wedding party, or anything that is beyond my control.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I do have insurance that I can provide to your venue.

Do we have rights to our images?

Yes, you do have rights to your images. Your contract will state you have rights to your images. I too, as well have rights to your images even if I did not want rights to your images as the law states that whoever took the photo has rights to the image a person captured whether it is captured on a professional camera or mobile phone.

Can we have an album after the wedding or do you offer albums with your packages?

I offer albums with certain collections I offer. You can purchase an album at a later date if you decide to purchase an album at a later date. If one wants an album it is more beneficial to get an album with the Collection you select that offers album as you can save a bit more money.

Can we give you a shot list for our wedding?

Yes, you can. I always advise having your maid of honor or best man be involved with this as well to ensure you have all the photos you requested according to a timeline being issued. Whether

it is bridal prep, family formal photos, or any other photos you may want. Weddings are extremely fast-paced and the probability of a wedding party not following a timeline increases the chances of photos being missed or photos you are requesting not being captured.

What if we need to cancel ouR wedding or need to reschedule due to pandemic related issues?

Very good question. As the pandemic has been a learning experience for everyone. If a wedding needs to be postponed, your retainer fee is transferable to another date providing that I am free.

In the unlikely event that one needs to reschedule their wedding to another date for any unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable that you talk with your venue and have them give you 3 or 5 dates for you to choose from so you can talk with your vendors to all agree on a date we are all free.

Do you customize packages or offer discounts?

I can customize packages based on your needs within reason that is suitable for you on your wedding day as well if you'd like to have multiple services like photography and videography. I do not offer discounts because one is asking for a discount. If one can give me an incredibly excellent reason as to why you deserve a discount for receiving the same exact service as someone else has gotten with no discounts then I can consider it.

Can I have a refund?

Retainer fees (deposits) are non-refundable. Retainer fee's are transferable providing I am free. The reason why it is non-refundable is that the studio is committing to your wedding day and not taking any other weddings, photo sessions, or anything regarding photography on your wedding day. If I am able to not be at your wedding for reasons unknown and I do not have anyone to cover your wedding then anything that was paid after your retainer fee and your retainer fee will be refunded.

What if you cannot make my wedding because you are sick or have COVID-19

I have a pool of photographers that I trust and keep in contact with during the two-month mark of your wedding that is free on your date and covers all expenses they may need to travel from wherever they are in the country to be at your wedding. In the unlikely event that no one can cover your wedding. You will be refunded fully.

The most important question of them all. First and foremost I hope I have the honor to be hired by you because you like my style of wedding photography but what many people don't see or know is that wedding photography is more than just taking photos. It is absolutely working under pressure. It is about taking charge of your day, giving you and your wedding party direction, making tough decisions on how to manage your day if a wedding party is not following a timeline for reasons unknown, what is the best location to create art, telling the story of your wedding day, how it transpired and get to capture photos you all may want to request on your day in a very fast-paced environment where you only have one day, one chance, to even the few occasions when a location is not photo-friendly. It is here when hiring a professional is invaluable if you truly value your wedding photos to be documented correctly. I offer advice and answer all of your questions during the course of the year and more importantly I give you real-time advice on your day as it is happening. I always put the interest of your wedding first and every decision I do on your day is always with the intent to create the best possible images for you on your day. Photography is subjective of course but I know that I am able to produce images under any circumstance given to me at a high level whether a couple is shy, may not feel like they are photogenic, inclement weather or a venue that may not be photo-friendly.
