Fall season is here and I’ve been busier beyond belief but it always feels good to have successful wedding shoots. Not that I’m trying to not have a successful one but sometimes places challenge you and keep you on your toes when you need to figure out how you will light up a venue, what lens I would use…etc. as this was my smallest wedding or venue you can say.
My friends think I’m crazy for liking weddings. I find it to be a challenge to try to create art on a drop of time or when times get difficult, whether its weather, lack of time or maybe even lack of cohesion. Which happened today at this wedding with Pedro & Madine which was my smallest wedding of the year by far as far as space and lack of time. But I kinda like challenges….
Madine is the first bride this year that just booked me without even meeting me. I don’t know if I should take it as a compliment or be scared since I like meeting my clients to educate them and to know more of their wedding. But like I said sometimes clients can keep you on your toes… hehehe.
When I walked in Madine’s room is was very nice to finally meet her. She is amazingly sweet and greeted me like she knew me for years… after greeting her I just basically just got down to work documenting her day.
Pedro is a class act who has an extreme sense of maturity for younger fellow (maybe I’m just getting old) and felt a good energy from him but what touched me most was Madine’s grandparents that took the honors to escort their granddaughter down the isle and be there for her for her special day as much as I can see them taking their breaks to rest a bit. Extremely admire them….
Here is a few…
