We are at Perona Farms for today’s wedding featuring Tom & Vanessa, where I started out with taking a few portraits of Tom getting ready and surprised me with a beautiful cowboy hat which looked amazing on him. Like most guys Tom didn’t really wanna take photos of himself. Which is understandable, I personally don’t like photos taken of me. I guess that’s why I’m a photographer. But once I showed him a few samples from behind the camera he warmed up a bit and we really had fun with the shoot….
After finishing the getting ready portion we went on to document the first look where they both got a bit emotional as the reality is actually setting in…
The grounds was nice and the sun was perfect where I was able to take them on the private session before the ceremony. The ceremony set up, is different in where the bridal party comes out from the barn but the groomsmen are basically in front of the exit. Tom didn’t want to see Vanessa till she actually hit the isle and I was able to catch a nice moment where you can see Vanessa take a look at Tom before hitting the isle….
Once the vows had been set the rest of the night was just the formalities…
